Troy Schmidt has been a fixture in the IT world for over two decades, beginning his journey as a PowerBuilder Developer. He quickly learned that his passion was not just in code, but in the people behind it, leading to a successful 17+ year career in technical recruiting and a decade of managing consultants. Troy has been married to his high school sweetheart, Amy, for 25 years and is a proud dad to Cole, Kali, and Landon, famously known as the “HoneyBadger.” Living out west in Delano, his life is a blur of hockey rinks, hunting trips, and fishing days.
